Your files
Uploaded files are used to produce your compressed copy. Uploads and results are deleted from the server within 60 minutes. Your original file stays unchanged. We do not sell your files or use them to train AI.
Service monitoring
For service monitoring, we retain uploaded filenames, file sizes, compression status, page-view counts and daily keyed visitor fingerprints for up to 30 days. Only the password-protected owner dashboard can display filenames. We do not retain file contents in these records or store raw IP addresses in this dashboard. Uploaded files and outputs are still deleted within 60 minutes.
Usage analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages they read and where they click, so we can improve it. Clarity sets cookies and records page interactions. The compressor area is masked: file names, previews and links to your files are not captured. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Optional accounts
You can use the free allowance without signing in. An account is needed for purchased credits and Pro subscriptions. We store your email address, a linked Google account identifier when applicable, Stripe customer and order identifiers, subscription status and usage records. These records persist beyond the 60-minute file-deletion period so we can provide your allowance, handle payments and support requests.
Sign-in and usage limits
You can sign in with Google or an email link. Google provides a verified account identifier and email address; we do not request access to Drive, Gmail or your files. Sign-in links are sent through our business email provider. A necessary browser cookie keeps you signed in and associates temporary uploads with your browser. Links expire after 15 minutes and can be used only once in the browser that requested them. We store a keyed hash of your IP address to apply usage and abuse limits; we do not add third-party advertising trackers.
Payments
Stripe processes payments and subscription management. Your email address and purchase details are shared with Stripe for those purposes. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout rather than stored by PPTCompress. See Stripe's privacy policy.

PPTCompress is operated by Mustard Seed Solutions sp. z o.o., Domaniewska 37, 02-672 Warszawa, Poland. Contact [email protected] about access, correction or deletion of account data. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal requirements.
Confidential documents
If a document must never leave your network, do not upload it to an online compressor.
